IN-HOUSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In-house terms and conditions: 

All guests must present Malaysian ID/international passport upon check in (Registration of Guests Act. 1965)
 

* Full Payment is required for confirmation of stay, tour and/or transport: Rates are subject to change without prior notice.    
No refund possible, but a change of dates can be arranged depending on availability.

*Since 1st January 2022, the State of Pahang imposes a Sustainability Charge of RM3/room/day to be paid by guests upon arrival (Pahang Hotels Regulations 2021),
 
*Tourism Tax (TTx): Effective 1st January 2023, a RM10nett per room per night tax will be imposed, payable directly to the hotel upon check in. However, Malaysians and permanent residents (MyKad holders) will be exempted. This Tourism Tax (TTx) is regulated by the Ministry of Finance and Royal Malaysian Customs Department*

* A deposit of RM100 per key card/Room will be requested upon check in. It will be returned to the guests, if no damage has been done to the room or premises. 
 
QUIET HOURS: 10.00PM to 7.00AM – We count on all our guests to kindly respect others’ time to rest.-.  
 
*Check in time: 2pm to 10pm – Check out time: 11am
 
NO pungent food and NO Durian allowed in the rooms or in the premises.  
 
* In respect to the local culture: PLEASE DO NOT WEAR SHOES INSIDE THE BUILDINGS.  
 
All rooms and facilities are strictly non-smoking and non-vaping (Penalty fine /Denda: Rm100)  
 
Extra persons (above 2 years old) upon check in = RM50 per person per night/ no extra bed available.  
 
* Parties, outside guests or visitors are NOT allowed.  
 
All illegal activities are prohibited.  
 
The Management can refuse the entry or stay to any guest whose attitude causes harm or disrespect. In this case no compensation/no refund shall be issued.  
 
The Management do not assume responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to your belongings. Please keep your items safely stored. (Section 4 of the Innkeeper’s co-ordinance No 16. 1952)
 
Guests are liable for any damage caused by themselves or their dependant and shall inform the Management of any malfunction in the property.    
 
Guests take full responsibility in respecting the current SOP measures and must be in good health during check in.    
 
We reserve the right to amend and change the above rules at any time without prior notice within the best interest of all our guests and staff. In case of any disputes, the rules above shall be treated as final guidelines for resolutions.
