Cruise along the rolling tea hills to Mount Brinchang, the highest mountain in the Cameron Highlands (2032m), while enjoying the cool crispy air. You will be blessed with the magnificent view of the surrounding area.

A commentary on tea will be given at one of the view point.

An interpretive introduction on the Mossy Forest will reveal the most unique flora of the area.

A short drive down from the mountain will bring you to the Oldest Tea Factory in Malaysia ~ Sungai Palas; here a factory tour will be conducted before visiting the Tea Shop. You will be amazed by the varieties of tea offered at the Ummph Tea Shop!

Tour Schedule

8am – Briefing and board transportation

  1. Interpretive introduction on the Mossy Forest.
  2. Stop at Tea plantation viewpoint and introduction on Tea Process
  3. Drive to BOH Sungai Palas tea factory & tea shop

1pm/1.30pm -Transfer back to Hotel


*Food and drinks, Tea at Tea Shop is not inclusive.

*Tea Factory and Tea Centre are closed on Mondays and Public Holidays.

The boardwalk of Gunung Brinchang remains optional.

If you wish to access it and walk there, Please be informed that the local Forestry Department will be charging a fee of Rm30 per person for foreigners or Rm 10 for Malaysian citizens at the entrance. This Fee is implemented since the 1st of March 2019 (not included in our price). 

Special equipment: Good walking shoes, comfortable
clothes, sun block, light raincoat,
snacks and water supply.
