TERMS AND CONDITIONS

*All Terms and conditions below are fully understood and accepted when confirmation payment is done.
*Full Payment is required for confirmation of stay, tour and/or transport: Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
*Reception is open from 8:00am to 10:00pm
*All check in guests must have a valid passport or Malaysian ID.
*All staying guests must register at the reception upon arrival (Registration of Guests Act 1965).
*Check in time: 2:00pm – 10:00pm & Check out time: 11:00am. Prior booking is required and is subject to availability
*Guests wishing to check in or check out outside these hours must contact the reception during operating hours. (Tel/WhatsApp: 016.566.1111).
*Late check-out extra charges apply: 11.00am to 1.00pm: Rm50 – After 1pm: Full Day rate
* QUIET HOURS: 10.00PM to 7.00AM – We count on all our guests to kindly respect others’ time to rest.-.
*No cooking allowed in the room or in the premises.
* In respect to the local culture: PLEASE NO SHOES ALLOWED INSIDE THE BUILDINGS.
* All our rooms and facilities are strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Please smoke or vape in reserved areas.
(Penalty fine /Denda: Rm100)
*Outside Guests or visitors are NOT allowed in the rooms or residence area:
Please receive your friends in the lobby or enquire at the reception for permission.
A fine of Rm200 will be charged on each trespasser each night and the Management reserves the right to call the Police or/and to prematurely terminate the guest’s stay without compensation or refund.
*Extra persons upon check in (regardless of the age): a charge of RM50 per person per night applies / no extra bed available.
*Sorry NO Pets allowed. Please keep the occasional stray animals outside.
*We reserve the right to decline any booking or refuse entry to any person(s) or group who in our opinion, are not suitable for our place. In this case, no reasons shall be given and the bookings will be cancelled without any refund.
*We reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises and remove your belongings from the room immediately, without compensation or refund, should your attitude be disruptive or pose a threat to other guests and staff.
* We do not assume responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to your belongings. Please keep your items safely stored.
* All illegal activities are prohibited in our properties or during our excursions or transfers. Please, note that we reserve the right to check you out without compensation or refund and to contact the Authorities in charge if any such actions are suspected.
* Please inform the reception of any malfunction in our premises. The guest is liable for any damages done to the property and/or its fixtures (blankets, pillows, bed sheets, curtains…) whether intentional or not, up to the replacement cost, plus an additional administrative fee of Rm50 offense penalty.

You may know that additional to our usual terms and conditions below, the new covid-19 situation imposes on us to be stricter with our policies.

As you check in, you will need to go through the following procedure:
– Checking of body temperature as you arrive,
– Filling up a special form with a questionnaire to make sure that everything is ok.
– Respect of social distancing (1 meter from other people),
-All guests must wear face masks inside and outside the premises (obligatory on the 1st of August 2020).

Further points might be added as the situation evolves.

If by any chance, you are developing any of the Covid-19 symptoms or there is any suspicion of you getting them, we reserve the right to ask you to get yourself properly medically tested before allowing you to our premises.

We understand that this could be a hassle, however safety and health will be remaining our topmost priority until further notice.
